1. SHIPPING TIMELINES & DELIVERY WINDOWS
We strive to process and dispatch all orders efficiently. Our standard delivery model operates under the following structural timeline:
- Order Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our warehouse team to pick, pack, package, and prepare your self-stirring cup order for dispatch.
- Courier Transit Time: Once handed over to our courier partner, delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery Window: The overall expected timeframe from the moment your order is successfully placed until it reaches your door is 8 to 11 business days.
Please note that "business days" refer strictly to Monday through Friday, and explicitly exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and official South African Public Holidays.
2. FULFILLMENT PARTNER
To ensure nationwide coverage across South Africa, all PureWhirl orders are shipped using the Aramex Store-to-Door courier service.
Once your order is handed over to Aramex, a unique tracking number will be generated and automatically sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number directly on the Aramex portal to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
3. THIRD-PARTY COURIER LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (DELAYS)
While PureWhirl makes every effort to ensure your package is dispatched promptly and securely, the physical delivery process is handled entirely by a third-party corporate carrier (Aramex).
Consequently, PureWhirl cannot be held legally or financially liable for unexpected delivery delays once the package has departed our custody and is in the possession of the courier. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that PureWhirl is not responsible for transit delays caused by variables beyond our operational control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions or regional flooding.
- National or localized courier strikes, labor disputes, or civil unrest.
- High-volume seasonal backlogs (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas retail peaks).
- Inaccessible delivery areas or incorrect address routing by the courier hub.
We will, however, actively assist our customers in communicating with Aramex to track down or expedite any package that appears stuck in transit.
4. DELIVERY ACCURACY & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
The buyer is strictly responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and secure physical delivery address at checkout.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical address where someone is available to sign for the parcel during standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) must be supplied.
- If a delivery fails or is returned to our central warehouse because an incorrect address was provided, or because no one was available to receive the parcel after multiple attempts by Aramex, the buyer will be held liable for the additional courier fees required to re-ship the order.
5. RISK OF LOSS AND PARCEL DAMAGE
Title of ownership and risk of loss for all products passes to the consumer upon successful delivery of the package by Aramex to the address provided. If your package arrives with severe, visible external damage to the box, please photograph the unopened packaging immediately and contact our support desk so we can lodge a formal dispute with the carrier.
