🚚 How long does shipping take?

We ship all orders via Aramex. Delivery typically takes 8–11 business days from the date your order is confirmed. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly on the Aramex tracking page. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

↩️ Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Yes β€” we want you to love your PureWhirl. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind, but we'll always do our best to help.

🧱 What materials are your products made of?

Our cups are crafted from food-grade, BPA-free materials designed for daily use. The self-stirring mechanism is powered by a small battery-operated motor built into the base. All materials are safe for hot and cold beverages.
